Lung Transplant Support Group
Pre and post lung transplant patients and families
What : Support to facilitate adjustment to transplant/chronic illness and information about the lung transplant process.
When : This ongoing drop-in group is held the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1:00-2:15 PM.
Where : Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. Group is held in the Social Service Department, located in the basement of the Wang Building.
