Mind/Body Stress Management Program for Parents of Behaviorally Challenging Children
What : In this six-week program, you will learn practical strategies for stress management, easily applied relaxation methods, and positive thinking techniques. You’ll also meet other parents facing similar challenges.
When : Monday mornings 10:30-12:00-noon, April 26 to June 7, 2010
Where: Massachusetts General Hospital in Room 4-840 of the Yawkey Building.
Program leader: Laura Malloy, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in working with parents of behaviorally challenging children, is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and teaches stress reduction to adults and children.
